Our laboratory includes graduate and undergraduate students, as well as technicians. However, the majority of scientists in our group are postdoctoral fellows. Our field is new, and it has attracted a great of attention. The result is that there are many opportunities for young scientists in our field, and consequently post-docs from our laboratory have been able to find independent positions both in Industry and Academia.
We are currently working on a number of projects that bridge basic and clinical neuroscience research. If you are interested in working in our laboratory, you could take advantage of one of the following programs:
1-STAR program at UCLA- If you have an MD, you could obtain a Ph.D. in this program
2-Research Track in Psychiatry- The NPI is placing a great deal of funds and energy into establishing the very best Research track program for Residents in Psychiatry.
3-Research Track in Neurology- This is a program with an established track record in Neurology.
